Encrypted end-to-end

Travel data is encrypted on-device using AES-256-GCM before being stored or synced. We cannot read your clients' itineraries, documents, or notes.

EU data centers

All core infrastructure runs in the EU — database in Paris, sync server in Germany, error monitoring in Germany. No travel data leaves European jurisdiction.

You control access

You decide which clients see which trips. Remove a participant, delete a travel, or close your account — data is permanently deleted on request.

No data monetization

We do not sell, share, or monetize your agency data or your clients' personal information. No advertising, no data brokering.

No. Your clients download PuffinPilot for free and access the travels you share with them at no cost. Only your agency pays the subscription.

From the agency dashboard at hub.puffinpilot.app, you create a travel, fill in the details, and invite clients via email or a share link. They receive the travel instantly on their phone.

Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you keep access to your existing travels in read-only mode. Nothing is deleted.

Custom branding is available as an add-on. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll set it up for you.

Yes - the agency dashboard is free to try. Sign up at hub.puffinpilot.app, create your first travel, and invite a client. No credit card required to get started.

Yes. PuffinPilot acts as a Data Processor on your behalf. All core infrastructure runs in EU data centers (database in Paris, sync and error monitoring in Germany). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request — email hello@puffinpilot.app. The only sub-processor outside the EU is RevenueCat (billing only), covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Yes. You can remove a client from any trip at any time from the agency dashboard. For full erasure requests (right to erasure under GDPR), contact privacy@puffinpilot.app — we process them within 30 days.
